50 grams of grated cheddar
Juice of half a lime
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon crème fraîche
0.5 tsp Smoked Paprika Powder
0.5 tsp Chili powder
1 tablespoon Butter
2 sprigs of Coriander
You need:
nomadiQ BBQ
Thin-bottomed frying pan with lid
Grate if you bought a block of cheddar instead of already grated cheese
Bowl
Cutting board
Big knife
Instructions:
- Grease the corn cob a little with oil and season with salt and pepper and place on 1 side of the BBQ
- As soon as it is cooked and cooled down enough, place the corn cob on the cutting board and cut the corn kernels off with the knife
- Collect these in a bowl and mix with the mayonnaise, crème fraîche, the juice of the lime and half of the grated cheddar and mix well
- Divide half of the bag of tortilla chips in the pan and pour the mixture and the rest of the grated cheddar on top. Sprinkle the herbs over everything
- Place the pan on a low heat on the nomadiQ and close with a lid. Bake these for 5 to 10 minutes, keep a close eye on them to make sure they don’t burn and remove from the heat as soon as the cheese has melted enough
- Serve with chopped cilantro as a garnish!
