Whiskey chicken wings

You can’t go wrong with your barbecue party with this delicious marinade for chicken legs and/or wings. The combination of herbs provides a delicious slightly spicy flavor. Delicious as a snack, but also fits with the main course. Finger licking good!

Ingredients:
1 kg. chicken legs and/or wings
4 tablespoons of Whiskey
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon tabasco
Olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper


Necessities:

Cutting board
Knife
Plate
Bowl
Optional: garlic press


Instructions:

  1. Peel the garlic and chop it very finely or use the garlic press
  2. Mix all the ingredients in the bowl and finally mix well with the chicken
  3. Cover with foil and refrigerate for 2 hours
  4. After 2 hours the marinade has absorbed nicely and you can grill the chicken!
