Products can be returned within a period of 14 days after delivery. This of course only applies if the packaging is returned unopened and undamaged.

In the event of return, the purchase price and the shipping costs will be reimbursed and at the latest within 30 days after the return or revocation, the return will be at your expense.

If a product does not reach you in good condition you can contact our customer service. Products that do not reach you in good condition must also be returned, after contacting nomadiQ’s customer service. Items whose packaging has clearly arrived cannot therefore be returned without contacting our customer service.
