RETURNS AND DELIVERY
Products can be returned within a period of 14 days after delivery. This of course only applies if the packaging is returned unopened and undamaged.
In case of a return, the purchase price and the shipping costs (shipped to you) will be reimbursed and at the latest within 30 days after the return or revocation, the return shipment is at your expense.
If a product does not get to you in good condition, please contact our customer service. Products that do not get to you in good condition should, after contacting the customer service of the Virtuoos, also be returned. Items of which the packaging has clearly been opened can therefore not be returned without explicit contact with our customer service.
Usually your orders will be delivered within 48 hours. If you order before 2 pm, the package will be delivered the next day.
Since PostNL does not deliver on Sundays and Mondays, the delivery time for orders placed on the weekend is somewhat longer. Of course we will do everything we can to deliver your order to you as soon as possible.
PICK UP AT POSTNL
You can choose to have your package delivered to your home address or you can have your package delivered directly to one of the more than 2,000 PostNL Post Offices in the Netherlands. For example, at the supermarket or the tobacco shop on the corner, on a day and at a time that suits you. In this way, picking up your order is easy to combine with your daily shopping and you benefit from the long opening hours. It will no longer happen that you find a we-missed-you message when you return home. You have 3 weeks from the day of delivery to pick up the package yourself.
LOCATION SELECTOR FOR THE NEAREST POSTNL POST OFFICE
The Location Selector allows you to choose the most suitable delivery point. All you have to do is enter your postal code. The location picker will then indicate which PostNL Post Office suits your pickup request.
