Ordering
When you order online you can choose to have the order delivered to any postal address. It is also possible to pick up the ordered products at a PostNL collection point in your area.
Placing an order on our website is simple and consists of the following five steps:
- When you have placed a nomadiQ product in your shopping cart, you can choose to order immediately (click on “Add to shopping cart”
- If you have placed all your desired products in the shopping cart, you can proceed to ‘Checkout’. You can do this as a guest or as a regular nomadiQ customer via your login.
- Order overview: enter your address details or check them (logged in). The address you entered when creating the account is selected as the delivery address by default. You can also add a new address, and it is also possible to have the order delivered as a gift to someone else.
- After this you can choose the payment method. Payment with iDEAL is always free. The shipping costs of a BBQ are free of charge for European shipments.
- Before you click on the red ‘Place order’ button, check your details and order information. If something is not right, you can still adjust the incorrect data.
SHIPMENT
Your order will be shipped by PostNL (in the Netherlands and Belgium) and will usually ship within 3 business days to your selected shipping address. If this time limit is exceeded, you can get in touch with the nomadiQ record.
CANCELLING OF AN ORDER
You can cancel your order within the reflection period of 14 days. If you wish to do this, please contact our customer service.
TRACK YOUR ORDER (ABROAD)
Your order will be shipped within the Netherlands and Belgium with PostNL. We work with Track & Trace codes. For shipments abroad we work with various partners, but in most cases with DPD.
